Flitsen

Omgevingslicht + flitslicht bepaalt je foto, immers dit is de totale belichting.
Omgevingslicht wordt bepaald door ISO, diafragma en sluitertijd
Deze drie instellingen bepalen hoeveel licht er op je sensor valt.

Flits-sync = kortst mogelijke tijd dat de flitspuls nog gesyncd kan worden met je sluiter, ofwel waarbij het flitslicht nog geregistreerd wordt door de sensor. Bijv: 1/250 of 1/200.
Kortere sluitertijd zal dus geen licht doorlaten op je sensor. Een langere sluitertijd laat niet meer flitslicht door, maar wel meer omgevingslicht.
De hoeveelheid flitslicht dat op je sensor valt zal dus niet door de sluitertijd worden bepaald, maar door de combinatie van ISO en diafragma.
Houden we de ISO-waarde constant dan zal een kleiner diafragma (een groter diafragma-getal) zorgen voor minder flitslicht op je sensor.

"Iedere geflitste foto bestaat uit twee belichtingen. De flitser gaat natuurlijk maar één keer af wanneer de sluiter openstaat. Maar gedurende die tijd wordt ook het omgevingslicht door de sensor geregistreerd. Omdat de flitser niet wordt aangestuurd door de sluitertijd, zal het langer openhouden van de sluiter je onderwerp niet meer belichten. Het laat echter wel meer omgevingslicht toe. En je hebt meer kans op een bewogen foto. Flitsfotografie is echter wel afhankelijk van de ISO-waarde. Hoe hoger die ISO-waarde is, hoe effectiever je flitser zal zijn. Daar kun je ook je voordeel mee doen, als blijkt dat je wat flitskracht tekort komt."

Let op mogelijkheden bij flitsen:
- Bouncen (kleur van oppervlak wordt vergenomen!, bounce naar achteren geeft mooier licht bij portret, opzetstuk kan deel van licht direct naar voren kaatsen)
- Ringflitser, schaduwen vallen achter de geportretteerde


Basis licht en flitslicht:

- Afstand tot onderwerp verdubbelen = flitssterkte verviervoudigen, en andersom verkleinen is zelfde kwadraatregel
- De relatieve grootte van de lichtbron bepaalt de kwaliteit (hard of zacht) van het licht.
- De richting van het licht is zeer bepalend voor de uiteindelijke look and feel van de foto
- Duur en sterkte van het licht, zie omgevingslicht en flitslicht
- flitssterkte/diafragma en omgevingslicht/sluitertijd
- invalshoek is uitvalshoek

Oefen met M stand en 1 flitser off camera:

- afstand tussen lichtbron en onderwerp én lichtbron en achtergrond
- relatieve grootte lichtbron
- plaatsing lichtbron

Let op: lichtbron (flitser) dichtbij onderwerp plaatsen zorgt weliswaar voor minder benodigd flitslicht en de lichtbron zelf wordt ook relatief groter, maar op het onderwerp is een snellere overgang zichtbaar tussen lichte en schaduwpartijen. Daarbij komt dat het flitslicht nu ook minder de achtergrond bereikt, deze zal vooral belicht worden door het omgevngslicht en meestal donkerder uitvallen.

Wanneer je reportageflitser zonder extra middelen gebruikt, dan zal het oppervlak altijd vrij klein zijn. Dit zorgt voor harde schaduwen en contrastrijke foto's.  Wil je dit niet (meestal, omdat harde schaduwen lelijk zijn) dan zul je je de grootte van je lichtbron moeten aanpassen. Dit doe je mbv verschillende accessoires, zoals parapluutjes en softboxen. 

Stappenplan:
1. Manueel omgevingslicht instellen, naar wens onder- of overbelichten
2. Flitskracht instellen. Draadloos met Commandermodus (infrarood) of radiotriggers.
3. Testfoto
4. Flitskracht aanpassen of afstand tot onderwerp aanpassen.
5. Eventueel tweede flitser toevoegen, testen, flitskracht of afstand aanpassen etc.

In België geldt dan het wettelijk huwelijksvermogensstelsel: goederen die men bij aanvang van het huwelijk heeft, blijven eigen goederen. Vermogenstoename tijdens het huwelijk is gemeenschappelijk. Hiervan kan men afwijken door een huwelijkscontract te sluiten. Dit komt overeen met wat mondiaal gebruikelijk is.

Huwelijksvormen

Burgerlijk huwelijk
Het burgerlijk huwelijk is het wettelijke huwelijk. Het is in Nederland geregeld in boek 1 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek (Personen- en familierecht). Weinig mensen weten wat daarin staat. Toch vraagt de ambtenaar bij de huwelijksvoltrekking aan bruidegom en bruid of ze willen beloven aan alle plichten die deze wet stelt te voldoen. Deze vraag is op zo'n moment dan eigenlijk uitsluitend te beantwoorden met: JA. Bruid en bruidegom weten op dat moment echter meestal niet dat de kostwinner er vanaf dat moment in feite aan vast zit dat als het huwelijk na een aantal jaren eventueel eindigt door wat voor reden dan ook en onafhankelijk van de schuldvraag, dat hij/zij (de kostwinner) voor die ander financieel zal (moeten)blijven zorgen, gedurende nog 12 jaar na afloop van het huwelijk, als die ander geen of weinig inkomsten zelf verwerft of wil verwerven. Dit noemt men partneralimentatie. Dit geldt ook als de uit het huwelijk ontstane kinderen bij de kostwinner blijven wonen. De inkomsten van de kostwinner kunnen dan door de rechter zelfs tot bijstandsniveau voor hem/haar verlaagd worden, opdat de andere partij de door de rechter opgelegde en door de kostwinner te betalen partneralimentatie kan ontvangen. Tevens wordt het gedurende de huwelijkse jaren opgebouwde pensioen opgesplitst. De ambtenaar van de Burgerlijke Stand vertelt dit soort zaken niet tijdens de huwelijksvoltrekking, en doet dat ook niet bij het eerdere in ondertrouw gaan.

Het geregistreerd partnerschap is een wettelijk erkende en geregelde vorm van samenleving tussen man en vrouw, twee mannen of twee vrouwen. Het werd in Nederland ingevoerd op 1 januari 1998. Volgens het CBS waren er in 2008 10860 partnerschapsregistraties, iets meer dan in 2007 en 2006.

In de Nederlandse wet staat een geregistreerd partnerschap gelijk aan een huwelijk, op de (familierechtelijke) situatie van eventuele tijdens het partnerschap geboren kinderen na. Het geregistreerd partnerschap schept als zodanig geen afstammingsrelatie ofwel "familierechtelijke betrekking". De mannelijke partner moet de kinderen van zijn vrouwelijke partner erkennen om juridisch vader te worden. Beide partners (ook die van gelijk geslacht) hebben wel van rechtswege het gezamenlijk gezag over de binnen het partnerschap geboren kinderen tenzij een derde juridisch ouder is. De partner die geen juridisch ouder is geldt als stiefouder, en heeft dus een onderhoudsplicht en een blijvend huwelijksverbod t.a.v. het kind. Bij partners van gelijk geslacht moet de partner om het juridisch ouderschap te verwerven de kinderen adopteren van de partner die al juridisch ouder is - door geboorte als het een vrouw betreft; door erkenning of juridisch vaderschap door een eerder huwelijk als het een man betreft; of in beide gevallen door een eerdere adoptie. De partners kunnen gezamenlijk adopteren.

Een belangrijk verschil tussen een geregistreerd partnerschap en het huwelijk is dat het geregistreerd partnerschap zonder tussenkomst van de rechter ontbonden kan worden.

U kunt zelf met uw ex-partner afspreken hoe lang u partneralimentatie betaalt. U kunt deze periode ook laten vastleggen door de rechter. Als de vastgestelde periode eindigt, stopt uw betalingsverplichting. Als u geen afspraken heeft gemaakt over de duur van de betaling, gelden andere regels.

Periode van 12 jaar
Deze periode geldt voor een huwelijk met kinderen. Ook geldt deze periode voor een huwelijk zonder kinderen dat langer dan 5 jaar heeft geduurd.
Periode van maximaal 5 jaar
Deze periode geldt voor een huwelijk zonder kinderen dat niet langer dan 5 jaar heeft geduurd. Uw betalingsverplichting duurt net zo lang als uw huwelijk heeft geduurd.

Regels partneralimentatie ook voor geregistreerd partnerschap

Bovenstaande regels gelden ook als een geregistreerd partnerschap eindigt via de rechter. Als uw geregistreerd partnerschap buiten de rechter om eindigt, moet u zelf in de beëindigingovereenkomst een afspraak maken over de tijd dat u partneralimentatie betaalt.

Het (notarieel) samenlevingscontact is iets heel anders dan het geregistreerd partnerschap en het huwelijk. Bij het geregistreerd partnerschap of huwelijk liggen de rechten en plichten voor een groot deel vast in de wet, bij het samenlevingscontract is dit niet zo. Het contract regelt alleen wat de twee partijen zelf afspreken. De wederzijdse onderhoudsplicht is hiervan een goed voorbeeld. Deze geldt automatisch bij het geregistreerd partnerschap en het huwelijk. Bij een samenlevingscontract beslissen de twee partijen zelf of zij hierover iets willen afspreken. Een ander voorbeeld van een belangrijk verschil is dat in een geregistreerd partnerschap en huwelijk alle bezittingen en schulden in beginsel gemeenschappelijk zijn. Wie dit niet wil, moet daarvoor bij de notaris een andere regeling treffen. Die regeling kennen we ook wel als partnerschapsvoorwaarden of huwelijkse voorwaarden. Voor samenwonenden is de situatie precies andersom. In beginsel zijn het vermogen en de bezittingen van samenwonenden niet gemeenschappelijk. Door een samenlevingscontract kan wel een vorm van gemeenschappelijkheid ontstaan.

Erkenning

Bij een geregistreerde partnerschap ontstaan door de geboorte van een kind alleen familierechtelijke betrekkingen tussen moeder en kind. Om familierechtelijke betrekkingen met de mannelijke partner van de moeder tot stand te brengen, moet hij het kind erkennen. Pas dan is hij vader in de zin van de wet. De man kan het kind al erkennen voordat het wordt geboren. De ambtenaar van de burgerlijke stand maakt dan een akte van erkenning op. Erkenning kan ook plaatsvinden bij de notaris met een notariële akte. Vindt erkenning niet vóór de geboorte plaats, dan kan de man het kind bij de geboorte-aangifte erkennen, of op een later moment. Ook dit gebeurt meestal bij de ambtenaar van de burgerlijke stand.
